Biography
As a child at six years old I prayed for a camera. After several career changes I finally went back to school, In college while my fellow student were aiming to be the next Ansel Adams I was in the dark room developing portraits of children.
I have never claimed or desired to be a landscape photographer. For myself if there is no human (or animal) subject, there is no image. I believe you should only concentrate on what you do well.
After college, In the early 90's I started my own Photography business in Poway Ca. In the late 90's I was offered the opportunity to run a southern California division of a National photography company. I trained the photographers in all aspects of the business. In the first year, I had photographed almost 3000 preschoolers.
Because of the company's lack of creativity and foresight into local marketing changes, I went back full force into my business doing what I love.
I Believe I have a special gift. I guarantee my work. There is no better of a feeling than watching a bride cry happy tears after viewing her images. Someday she will also have me do her baby's first portrait.
I hope to work with you soon,
Linda
